Needy
The rich are the needy
just want to win
too greedy
storing and hoarding
buying selling
converting to gold
here on the take
starting with yours
they'll never loose
stand over merchants
school gang bullies
boardroom suites
oligarchy tyranny
Plato's democracy
rule by the few
god given
they believe
they must be king
much much more
than piles and queues
it's control over you
don't bother them
people die
rough on the ground
one person's greed
makes ten others poor
still they grow old
never really knowing
money can't buy wisdom
true learning is earned
the rich are too needy
they'll never quite know
to share is to grow
to look within
what life is truly worth
gratitude wins
